No, you have no obligation to buy. After the end of the online conversation, we draw up a comprehensive financial offer that you receive in your e-mail. The offer is valid for 30 days, so you can, if and when you wish, complete your order.
We would like to have your space already measured prior to our conversation so that we don't waste valuable time with measurements at appointment time. It is a good idea to have a tape measure handy for last-minute measurements.
Yes, the day and time of the appointment can be changed up to 12 hours before our scheduled online meeting. This helps us plan properly and serve you better.

Each appointment lasts 50 minutes. If this time is not enough to complete our proposal, we will schedule as many online appointments are necessary.
